Fulgte opskriften, men skar saltet ned til det halve og forberedte det aftenen før, så efter at have dækket fileterne med pastaen, dækkede jeg gryden med folie og satte den i køleskabet.
Det var så godt! Det er en god måde at lave fisk på, som er unik og lækker. Balancen af krydderierne og rigdommen af olien er det perfekte supplement til fiskens kedelighed.
Lidt for krydret. Jeg ville skrue ned for nogle af krydderierne næste gang, men ellers meget lækkert.
