det her er bestemt ikke dine kinesiske restaurants æg-ruller, disse er SÅ GODE, hvad der virker mere, er at tilsætte lidt blomme-sauce til det og pensle dem med æg, det bliver så meget bedre.
Efter at have læst anmeldelserne, tilføjede jeg friskrevet ingefær, terninger af svinekød i stedet for hakket oksekød, udelod MSG og brugte bok choy i stedet for selleri. Jeg tilsatte bambusskud og vandkastanjer.
Disse var meget gode, måske ikke helt så smagfulde som jeg havde forventet, måske fordi jeg ikke brugte noget kød (jeg kan godt lide grøntsags forårsruller), men de var stadig virkelig gode!! Jeg brugte pose coleslaw mix, ch
