Det er faktisk mindre kompliceret, end du tænker. Jeg havde ikke tomatsauce, så jeg tog 1 dåse tomatpuré og tilføjede det til 1 kop varmt vand.
Så jeg købte ingredienserne til en anden Masala-opskrift, så ved et uheld åbnede jeg denne opskrift og begyndte at lave den. Halvvejs gennem tilberedningen indså jeg, hvad jeg havde gjort.
BareExceptionelt. Jeg tilføjer mere cayenne for varmen og drysser cirka en teske garam masala over kyllingen, mens den tilberedes, sammen med den foreslåede karrypulver.
