Jeg tilføjede ekstra curry og erstattede cashewnødder med pekannødder. På grund af de andre anmeldelser lavede jeg det aftenen før en picnic og serverede det derefter på brioche-boller.
Nemlig let og sjov forberedelse. Curryen er sådan et smart tilskud. Jeg var langsom til at acceptere frugt i min kyllingsalat, men dette var virkelig lækkert og uden skyld.
Jeg udelod løg og selleri, erstattede rosiner med tranebær og røde druer med grønne, og glemte at riste pekannødder. Serveret i en hvedetortilla.
