Forberedelsen var nem. Jeg tilføjede croutoner, fordi hvilken Caesar-salat har ikke croutoner? Desuden måtte jeg bruge dem op.
hej, jeg er på en (fanatisk) jagt efter den perfekte caesar sauce til mig, har prøvet nogle og lignende, men har stadig ikke fundet. i denne opskrift til saucen, er der to ting, der ikke stemmer her for mig: olivenolie ville være en væsentlig ingredi...

supplement: saucen skal blive cremet, men allerede gå som salatsauce (og ikke fast som en ordentlig mayonnaise - for dette ville kræve mere olie.) Denne opskrift kommer fra en velkendt kok fra USA - så det er ikke en smag, men snarere ganske original...
